Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare MEP design drawings, layouts, and schematics using

Revit

and

AutoCAD

. Perform HVAC load calculations using

HAP

or equivalent tools. Design mechanical systems including HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting systems in compliance with local and international codes. Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, and project managers to ensure design integration. Conduct design reviews and resolve coordination issues across disciplines. Ensure project documentation meets quality and compliance standards.

Key Skills & Tools:

Proficiency in

Revit MEP

&

AutoCAD

Hands-on experience with

HAP

(Hourly Analysis Program) Knowledge of

ASHRAE

,

NFPA

,

UPC

, or relevant codes and standards Strong understanding of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing system design

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in MEP design

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
