Job Summary

We are looking for a hands-on

MEP Coordinator

with strong site coordination experience in

commercial interior fit-out projects

. The role involves managing MEP activities on-site, coordinating with multiple stakeholders, and ensuring timely, quality-driven execution as per approved drawings and specifications.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate all

MEP works (Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting)

at site for commercial fit-out projects. Review and execute work as per

approved MEP drawings, layouts, and BOQs

. Coordinate with

civil, interior, and project teams

to avoid clashes and rework. Ensure

timely material planning

, site readiness, and vendor coordination for MEP works. Supervise MEP contractors and ensure adherence to

quality, safety, and project timelines

. Conduct regular

site inspections, snag listing, and rectification follow-ups

. Support testing, commissioning, and handover of MEP systems. Prepare and update

daily progress reports (DPRs)

and attend coordination meetings. Ensure compliance with

safety norms and statutory requirements

. Coordinate final documentation including

as-built drawings and O&M manuals

.

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of

commercial interior MEP systems

Excellent

site coordination and communication skills

Ability to read and interpret

MEP drawings and layouts

Practical understanding of

site execution challenges

Vendor & contractor coordination experience Basic knowledge of

safety and compliance norms
