They develop and manage MEP installation schedules, ensuring timely completion and adherence to project timelines.
Subcontractor Management:
They oversee MEP subcontractors, including selection, negotiation, and coordination of their work to meet project requirements.
Quality Control & Assurance:
They implement quality control measures, conduct inspections, and address any issues or conflicts during MEP system planning and execution.
Communication & Reporting:
They maintain clear communication with all stakeholders, provide regular project updates, and participate in meetings.
Technical Support & Guidance:
They offer technical expertise and guidance on MEP systems and modeling approaches, potentially using tools like Navisworks or Revit.
Safety Compliance:
They ensure all MEP installations comply with safety regulations and standards.
Testing & Commissioning:
