Job Description

We are actively seeking talented and driven MEP coordinator to join our Architectural Design Development team to assist in implementing the MEP inputs provided by consultants in the overall effort of completing the various phases of the projects ranging from Residential, Commercial & Hospitality projects.

Responsibilities

Review and analysis all MEP drawing materials received from consultants against the Architectural Design Intent. Detect and highlight the clashes and assist in implementing these inputs into the Project at various stages. Examining submittals before sending them to the consultant / client. To ensure compliance with project requirements, review the shop drawing construction drawings, work schedules and delivery timelines. Arranging for all MEP tasks to be coordinated with the several teams present. Coordinating on the site between the MEP and the civil designs, arranging and participating in meetings with suppliers, clients, contractors, and consultants. MEP coordinator to have an eye for details, paying attention to the feedback from other project participants. MEP coordinator as an excellent team player.
Qualification:

BE/ B-Tech from reputed university, with 5 + years of relevant work experience coordinating MEP drawings with Architectural drawings. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Excel and any other technical tools. Proficiency in BOQ Strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking abilities. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills. Passion for innovative solutions. Attention to detail, and a commitment to quality.

Contract length: 24 months

Pay: ?24,372.64 - ?84,148.16 per month
