Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled

MEP & Civil Engineer

to manage and execute

Bus Stand construction projects

, including civil works and MEP services. The candidate will be responsible for site execution, coordination, quality control, and compliance with government standards.

Key Responsibilities

Civil Works

Supervise civil construction activities for bus stand projects Ensure execution as per approved drawings, BOQ, and specifications Monitor RCC, finishing, flooring, roofing, and external development works Prepare daily site reports and measurements Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and site supervisors

MEP Works

Supervise MEP installations including

electrical, plumbing, drainage, fire fighting, and HVAC (if applicable)

Coordinate MEP drawings with civil layouts to avoid clashes Ensure proper installation, testing, and commissioning of MEP services Monitor safety standards and quality compliance

Coordination & Compliance

Liaise with architects, consultants, and government authorities Ensure compliance with

PWD / municipal / transport authority norms

Support billing, RA bills, and documentation Ensure timely project completion within budget

Qualification

Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in

Civil

MEP knowledge is mandatory for civil engineers

Experience

2-6 years

experience in infrastructure projects Experience in

Bus Stand, Railway Station, Terminal, Commercial or Govt. Projects

preferred

Skills Required

Strong knowledge of

civil & MEP execution

Ability to read and interpret drawings Site coordination and contractor management Billing & measurement knowledge MS Excel, AutoCAD (basic) Good communication skills

Pay: ?40,000.00 - ?60,000.00 per month
