Job Description

Job Title: MEP BIM Trainer

Responsibilities:

Develop and deliver training modules on MEP BIM modeling principles, workflows, and software (Autodesk Revit MEP, Navisworks, Trimble MEP).

Provide hands-on instruction, demonstrations, and workshops to build student proficiency in creating detailed 3D MEP models.

Assess student performance through quizzes, assignments, and practical exercises, offering constructive feedback.

Stay updated on BIM technologies and integrate new advancements into training.

Collaborate with trainers to improve training materials and methods.

Mentor students in applying skills to real-world projects and internships.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field.

3-5 years' experience as an MEP BIM Modeler in the construction industry.

Proficiency in Autodesk Revit MEP, Navisworks, or Trimble MEP.

Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Prior training/teaching experience preferred.

Passion for education and student success.
