Job Description

WE'RE HIRING | MEP BIM MODELER (REVIT)

We are looking for a skilled

MEP BIM Modeler

to join our team and support ongoing

UAE-based projects

Key Responsibilities

Develop detailed

MEP BIM models using Revit (HVAC, Electrical & Plumbing)

Prepare

shop drawings, coordination drawings, and as-built drawings

Perform

MEP coordination and clash detection

with other disciplines Interpret

IFC drawings, specifications, and design inputs

Ensure models comply with

project standards, BIM execution plans, and client requirements

Coordinate with

design engineers, BIM coordinators, and site teams

Update models as per

client comments and site redlines

Qualifications & Experience

Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in

Mechanical / Electrical / MEP Engineering

or related field

4-7 years

of experience in

MEP BIM modeling

Strong hands-on experience in

Revit (MEP)

Knowledge of

Navisworks

for clash detection is an advantage Experience in

UAE / Middle East projects

preferred Ability to join

immediately or within short notice
