We are looking for a skilled

MEP BIM Modeler

to join our growing team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in

MEP BIM modeling

and coordination using industry-standard tools. You will work closely with engineers and project teams to develop accurate and coordinated BIM models for various projects.

Key Responsibilities

Develop detailed

MEP BIM models

(HVAC, Plumbing, Firefighting, and Electrical) using

Revit MEP

Prepare

shop drawings, layouts, and fabrication drawings

as per project standards Perform

clash detection and coordination

using Navisworks Collaborate with architects, structural teams, and other stakeholders Ensure BIM models comply with

client standards and project requirements

Update and revise models based on design changes and coordination meetings Support project documentation and model-based quantity take-offs
Required Skills & Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in

Mechanical / Electrical / Building Services Engineering

1-3 years of experience in

MEP BIM Modeling

Strong knowledge of

Revit MEP

(mandatory) Basic understanding of

BIM standards, workflows, and LODs

Experience in

MEP coordination and clash detection

Good understanding of MEP systems and construction drawings Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?25,271.01 - ?57,555.87 per month
