We are looking for a passionate

BIM Modeler

with expertise in

Revit

and

on-site coordination

to join our dynamic team in Mumbai. The candidate will be responsible for developing high-quality BIM models and working closely with site teams to ensure smooth execution of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Create and maintain accurate

3D BIM models

in Revit for Architecture, Structure, or MEP. Coordinate with

on-site teams

to validate models with actual site conditions. Assist in

clash detection

and resolve design discrepancies with project engineers. Produce drawings, schedules, and detailed documentation from BIM models. Ensure compliance with

BIM standards and project workflows

Requirements:

1-3 years of experience

as a BIM Modeler. Proficiency in

Autodesk Revit

(Architecture/Structure/MEP). Experience in

site coordination

and construction workflows. Strong understanding of BIM processes, detailing, and documentation. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹31,251.58 - ₹57,209.99 per month
