Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage Revit MEP models for Mechanical systems as per project standards. Coordinate and integrate architectural, structural, and MEP services for clash-free design output. Prepare shop drawings, schematic layouts, and BOQs based on design inputs. Conduct periodic model audits, clash detection, and coordination meetings using Navisworks or equivalent tools. Ensure compliance with company BIM execution standards and international design codes. Collaborate closely with design engineers, project managers, and other discipline leads to achieve design intent and delivery timelines. Maintain drawing documentation, version control, and submission logs.

Required Qualification and Experience

B.E / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized university. Minimum 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience in Revit MEP modeling. Solid knowledge of HVAC, Plumbing, and Fire Fighting systems Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and service drawings. Good command of AutoCAD, Revit MEP, and Navisworks Manage. Familiarity with BIM coordination and LOD standards (LOD 100-400) is preferred.
