This is a full-time, on-site role for an MEP BIM Modeler based in Bengaluru. The MEP BIM Modeler will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and updating Building Information Models (BIM) for various projects. Key tasks include collaborating with architects, engineers, and project teams, developing detailed MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) systems, and preparing construction drawings. The role also involves ensuring model accuracy and adherence to design standards while meeting project deadlines.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and experience in MEP systems
Strong understanding of Architecture and Construction Drawings
Experience with MEP design, modeling, and troubleshooting
Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and manage project deliverables
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Architecture, Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Proficiency in relevant software tools (e.g., Revit, AutoCAD) is highly desirable
