Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and coordinate MEP models (Mechanical, Electrical, Fire, Plumbing) using Revit. Prepare 3D models, layouts, construction drawings (Revit, AutoCAD). Perform clash detection and coordination using Navisworks. Lead interdisciplinary checks and coordinate with civil, structural, and piping teams. Mentor junior designers and ensure adherence to project standards. Prepare reports, quantity take-offs, and material requisitions. Manage BIM360/ACC platform models and documentation.

Required Skills:

B.Tech in Engineering with strong Revit and Navisworks expertise. Proficient in UAE MEP design standards and international codes. Strong understanding of BIM coordination and model federation. Experience in lighting layout design and RCP coordination. Excellent communication, leadership, and team collaboration skills.

Desirable:

Experience in BIM clash resolution workflows and reporting. Familiar with feasibility studies, specs, and BOQ documentation.
