Manage the end-to-end delivery of interior fit-out projects from concept through handover.
Coordinate closely with clients, designers, consultants, and contractors to ensure design intent is executed accurately.
Oversee project scheduling, budgeting, resource planning, and procurement of materials and finishes.
Monitor site progress, perform regular inspections, and ensure that work complies with drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
Lead coordination meetings with contractors, vendors, Consultant and stakeholders.
Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation, including meeting minutes, reports, and correspondence.
Prepare MEP drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications for tender and construction.
Support the design team during drawing production, value engineering, and material selection.
Support the in-Billing person to close.
Resolve on-site issues swiftly and proactively to avoid project delays.
Manage approvals, permits, and inspections as required by local authorities.
Ensure health, safety, and environmental (HSE) compliance on all sites.
Proven track record of managing high-end commercial, corporate, or hospitality interiors.
