Position Overview

We are seeking an

Assistant Manager - MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing)

to oversee and manage building services, facility operations, and ensure smooth execution of MEP activities in our office spaces. The role involves planning, supervision, vendor coordination, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and monitor all

Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, and Firefighting systems

across facilities. Plan and oversee

installation, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting

of MEP systems. Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams for execution of projects and facility upgrades. Ensure compliance with

statutory regulations, safety standards, and energy efficiency practices

. Prepare and monitor

annual maintenance schedules, budgets, and cost optimization plans

. Manage

facility audits, inspections, and reports

for management review. Provide technical support during

space fit-outs, expansions, and new facility projects

. Train and supervise technical staff for efficient day-to-day operations. Handle

emergency breakdowns

and ensure minimal downtime of services.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree/Diploma in

Mechanical/Electrical Engineering

(preferred).

5-8 years of experience

in MEP operations, facility management, or related roles. Strong knowledge of

HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing, and fire safety equipment

. Experience in handling

AMC vendors, contracts, and facility projects

. Proficiency in using

facility management tools/software

. Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
