Role Overview:
We are looking for a
Menu Engineer
to join our team. The ideal candidate will analyze our menu offerings, optimize pricing, and help design menus that drive sales, enhance customer experience, and increase profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze menu performance using sales data and customer feedback.
Recommend pricing strategies and menu item placement to maximize profitability.
Collaborate with chefs and management to design new menu items.
Conduct periodic menu reviews and implement updates based on trends and sales data.
Ensure menus reflect brand standards and operational feasibility.
Requirements:
1-3 years of experience in
menu engineering, menu planning, or F&B analytics
.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of cost analysis, pricing strategies, and food trends.
Ability to collaborate effectively with culinary and management teams.
Attention to detail and creativity in menu presentation and design.
