Key Responsibilities
Deliver lectures, workshops, and interactive sessions on
Shipping, Logistics, and Supply Chain Management
.
Mentor students and Trainers by bridging the gap between
academic concepts
and
real-world industry practices
.
Design, review, and update training content and course material in line with current industry standards.
Provide case studies, projects, and simulations to help students gain practical exposure.
Support students in career guidance, internships, and project work.
Stay updated with
global trade regulations, shipping documentation, warehousing, port operations, and logistics trends
.
Collaborate with the academic team to enhance the overall learning experience.
Key Requirements
Education:
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Shipping, Logistics, Supply Chain, International Business, or a related field.
Experience:
Rich
hands-on experience
in the Shipping, Logistics, or Supply Chain industry.
Strong understanding of
shipping operations, freight forwarding, customs clearance, warehousing, distribution, and global logistics practices
.
Prior experience in
teaching, mentoring, or training
(preferred but not mandatory).
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to engage and inspire students and trainers with practical knowledge and industry-relevant insights.

Pay: Up to ?1,200,000.00 per year
