Mentor - Digital Marketing

About the Role

We are looking for a

Digital Marketing professional

with strong industry and subject expertise to join our institution as a

Subject Mentor

. The mentor will be responsible for training and guiding students in the latest digital marketing practices, helping them bridge academic knowledge with industry applications.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct lectures, workshops, and hands-on training sessions on

Digital Marketing concepts and tools

. Mentor students by providing

practical insights

into SEO, SEM, Social Media Marketing, Content Marketing, Influencer Marketing, Email Marketing, and Performance Marketing. Design, review, and continuously update curriculum and training materials to reflect

current industry trends

. Provide real-world case studies, live projects, and simulations for students to gain practical exposure. Guide students on certifications, portfolio building, and career opportunities in digital marketing. Collaborate with the academic team to enhance program delivery and student outcomes. Keep up-to-date with

emerging trends, tools, and technologies

in the digital marketing ecosystem.

Key Requirements

Education:

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Media, or a related field.

Experience:

Rich proven experience

in Digital Marketing, with exposure to strategy, execution, and analytics. In-depth knowledge of

SEO, Google Ads, Social Media Ads, Google Analytics, Web Analytics, and Marketing Automation Tools

. Certifications in

Google, Meta, HubSpot, or other recognized platforms

(preferred). Prior experience in

teaching, mentoring, or corporate training

(preferred but not mandatory). Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Passion for mentoring and ability to inspire students with practical, industry-relevant insights.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: Up to ?1,200,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

Trivandrum, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
