? Help students with study planning, goal setting, problem solving, and time management to improve learning outcomes.
? Monitor engagement and proactively work to reduce dropout risk.
2. Career readiness & placement support
? Deliver career guidance, CV/resume support, interview preparation, and placement-readiness workshops for final-year students.
? Identify internship opportunities and coordinate mock interviews and employer interactions.
? Track placement outcomes and follow up with placed scholars for post-placement support.
3. Partnerships & external stakeholder mapping
? Map and identify relevant external partners (inclusive employers, training providers, NGOs, government schemes, accessibility/assistive-tech vendors) to strengthen scholar outcomes.
? Proactively cultivate and manage partnerships to secure internships, placements, reasonable workplace accommodations, and any programmatic support identified during implementation.
? Coordinate partnership discussions, manage referrals, and facilitate MOUs or partnership agreements where required.
4. Wellness, inclusion & referrals
? Spot signs of emotional, mental-health, or adjustment issues and make timely referrals to KEF's mental-health partners.
5. Financial aid
? Process the disbursement of scholarships with strong alignment with the business finance team
6. Monitoring, reporting & learning
? Maintain accurate records of mentoring sessions, partner engagements, and student progress.
? Provide timely inputs for mid-year reviews and annual impact reporting; surface learnings and recommended improvements.
Required skills & competencies
? Strong mentoring, counselling, and youth engagement skills; empathetic and patient approach.
? Good understanding of barriers faced by persons with disabilities in education and employment.
? Proven ability to build and maintain partnerships with external stakeholders.
? Excellent written and verbal communication (English + Hindi).
? Strong organisational skills and attention to documentation and data.
? Comfortable working across in-person and virtual modes.
Qualifications & experience
? Graduate/Postgraduate in Education, Social Work, Psychology, Counselling or a related field.
? Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience.

Preference:
candidates whose most recent role involved direct or indirect work with persons with disabilities (PwD), inclusive employers or disability-focused programs. Prior experience in mentoring, placement facilitation, employer engagement or social development programs is highly valued.
