Job Responsibilities:

Training & Guidance

Conduct sessions on stock market basics, technical and fundamental analysis, and trading strategies. Provide mentorship on investment planning, portfolio management, and risk control. Clarify doubts and guide mentees on using trading platforms effectively.

Market Analysis & Updates

Share daily/weekly stock market updates, trends, and insights. Help mentees analyze indices, stocks, and global financial movements. Encourage research-based and disciplined trading decisions.

Practical Support

Conduct live trading/simulation sessions for better learning. Guide in portfolio building and trade execution. Support mentees in identifying quality investment and trading opportunities.

Performance Tracking

Monitor mentees' trading activities and provide constructive feedback. Suggest corrective measures for common trading errors. Track progress towards learning and trading goals.

Content Creation & Engagement

Prepare

trade-related articles, blogs, and learning materials

for students and investors. Create

educational videos, trade analysis recordings, and explainer videos

for training and marketing. Share engaging content on stock market concepts, strategies, and current trends.

Professional Development

Stay updated with SEBI regulations, financial news, and new trading tools. Continuously upgrade personal skills to mentor effectively. Promote ethical and responsible trading practices.

Reporting & Coordination

Share regular performance reports of mentees with management. Coordinate with the HR/Academic team for scheduling workshops and events. Ensure timely completion of assigned training and content tasks.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
