Duties

Identify new market opportunities and establish strategic partnerships to expand the company's footprint. Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and resource allocation to ensure fiscal responsibility and growth. Represent the organization at industry events, investor meetings, and public engagements to enhance brand visibility. Ensure compliance with legal regulations and uphold corporate governance standards. Drive innovation by staying informed about industry trends and integrating relevant advancements into business practices.

Experience

Proven experience in senior leadership roles with a strong background in business management and strategic planning. Demonstrated success in managing teams, supervising staff, and leading organizational change initiatives. Extensive experience in business development, including establishing partnerships and expanding market presence. Strong financial management skills with a track record of overseeing budgets, investments, and revenue growth. Exceptional leadership qualities with the ability to inspire teams, foster collaboration, and make decisive judgments. Prior experience as a founder or CEO is highly desirable, along with a comprehensive understanding of startup environments or growing enterprises. Salary - 20 LPA to 30 LPA
