About the Role

Score Merit is seeking an experienced

Mentor and Curriculum Developer

for Grades

KG to 5

. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of international curricula and a passion for designing engaging, child-centered learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop comprehensive curriculum plans aligned with

Cambridge, IB, and other international standards

. Provide mentoring and academic guidance for early-grade learning programs. Integrate

Phonics

,

Montessori methodologies

, and

Child Psychology

principles into lesson design.

Train teachers

on the effective implementation of the designed curricula. Collaborate with the academic team to enhance learning outcomes and teaching practices.

Requirements

Minimum

15-20 years of experience

in curriculum development. Strong command over

Cambridge

,

IB

, and

international curricula

. Certification in

Phonics

and training in

Montessori education

preferred. Knowledge or background in

Child Psychology

. Excellent communication, creativity, and mentoring skills.
Job Types: Contractual / Temporary, Freelance
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
