About Samata Health

Samata Health is a mental health startup offering a premium employee mental health benefit for small and midsize businesses. We host networks of great therapists around the world where our clients have employees. On our HIPAA-compliant, digital platform, employees can search for therapists by clinical specialties, cultural competencies and more. Perks of working with us include:

?11,099 per 45-minute therapy session Therapists are paid within 2-3 business days. In-person & telehealth options (up to you). There are no minimum or maximum client numbers. Therapists can accept as many or as few clients as they'd like. Therapists are in control of their own schedule. We work outside of insurance so no need to be paneled or deal with the hassle of insurance. The platform is built by therapists & made to make the process easier.

Requirements

Applicants must be therapists with a practice and must hold a minimum of a Master's Degree in a related field and speak basic English to navigate the platform. Therapy sessions can be conducted in your native language!
