The Business Development - Partnership Manager will be responsible for:- Business Growth: Create an active revenue pipeline achieve profitable sales and manage client relationships routinely.- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the MD to develop and implement strategic plans that will lead to more business partnerships.- Onboarding Partner: Drive channel partner acquisition by identifying, onboarding, while negotiating strategic terms and performance expectations.- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including partners, clients, and regulatory bodies.- Reporting & Performance Management: Maintain dashboards and ZOHO CRM records for partner activity, pipeline, and closures; track KPIs and prepare monthly insights.- Performance Monitoring: Set, implement, and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and drive continuous improvement of sales team.
