Job Description

We are looking for a

menswear designer who loves working on the floor, not just at a desk

. This role is highly practical and hands-on -- you will

design and execute

using DTF, sublimation, embroidery, vinyl cutting and rhinestone applications directly in the warehouse.

You will experiment, sample, create new styles, and convert ideas into production-ready garments.

Key Responsibilities

Hands-on Design and Production

Operate

DTF printer, heat press, sublimation printer, computer embroidery machine, vinyl cutter, plotter, and rhinestone stencil machines

Create

new print, embroidery and embellishment designs

by yourself -- not just supervising Develop

operating files

for: computer embroidery DTF printing vinyl cutting and plotter rhinestone templates Use

AI tools

to generate new artwork and print concepts

Product Development

Introduce new styles using existing

ready-to-wear silhouettes

Experiment with embellishments, placements, typography, graphics, and mixed media Create physical samples and test wearability and production feasibility

Quality Control

Check print quality, color accuracy, placement and finishing Inspect embroidery accuracy and garment quality before dispatch and bulk runs

Operations & Team Support

Train the order processing team on prints/handling Act as

backup for the order processing team

when required Maintain machine hygiene, consumables, and print/embellishment stock Follow production timelines with a

get-it-done attitude

Returns & Rework

Reprint, re-iron, correct defects when needed Work closely with warehouse and operations teams daily

Qualifications

Experience in

fashion design / apparel production / printing / embroidery

Working knowledge of: CorelDRAW / Illustrator or similar embroidery software (added advantage) Strong understanding of menswear graphics & styling Ability to work independently and take ownership
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
