Role Overview

We are looking for a

hands-on menswear designer

who enjoys creating directly on the shop floor, not just on a computer. This is a highly practical role where you will

design, sample, and execute

using DTF printing, sublimation, computer embroidery, vinyl cutting, and rhinestone applications inside the warehouse.

You will turn ideas into

actual production-ready garments

, experiment with techniques, and build new styles using existing silhouettes.

Key Responsibilities

Design & Execution (Hands-On)

Operate and work closely with: DTF printer & heat press Sublimation printer Computer embroidery machines Vinyl cutter & plotter Rhinestone stencil systems Create original: print artworks embroidery designs embellishment concepts Prepare production-ready files for: DTF printing embroidery vinyl cutting rhinestone layouts Use AI tools where required for artwork and concept generation
Product Development

Develop new styles using existing

ready-to-wear shirt silhouettes

Experiment with: placement scale typography graphics mixed-media techniques Create samples and validate them for look, feel, durability, and production feasibility
Quality Control

Ensure: print sharpness color accuracy correct placement embroidery density and finishing Approve samples and bulk before dispatch
Operations & Team Support

Train and guide the order processing and finishing team Step in as

backup for order processing

during peak loads Maintain: machines consumables print and embellishment materials Follow timelines with a

strong execution and ownership mindset

Rework & Returns Handling

Manage reprints, re-ironing, corrections, and defect resolution Coordinate closely with warehouse and operations teams for daily execution

Skills & Qualifications

Experience in: fashion design apparel production garment printing / embroidery Proficiency in: CorelDRAW / Illustrator (mandatory) Embroidery software (preferred) Understanding of: fabric behavior print & embroidery limitations commercial menswear styling Ability to work independently and take complete ownership of output
