About the Role:

We are seeking a

creative and detail-oriented Menswear Designer

with a strong background in designer wear. The ideal candidate must have prior experience working with a

designer house

and possess a solid understanding of contemporary menswear trends, silhouettes, and fabric development.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop

seasonal menswear collections

aligned with brand aesthetics. Research

fashion trends, fabrics, trims, and colors

to create innovative and market-relevant designs. Develop

tech packs, sketches, and mood boards

for each collection. Collaborate with pattern masters, sampling, and production teams to ensure design accuracy and quality execution. Maintain consistency in design aesthetics while incorporating new concepts and detailing. Coordinate with the merchandising and marketing teams for collection presentations and photoshoots. Ensure timely delivery of samples and final products as per calendar deadlines.

Requirements:

Graduate in Fashion Design from

NIFT (mandatory).

Minimum

3 years of experience

in

menswear designing

within a

designer house

setup. Strong knowledge of

men's apparel construction, fabric draping, and surface techniques.

Proficiency in design software such as

Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and CorelDRAW.

Excellent sense of color, proportion, and detailing. Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Passionate about men's fashion and current trends. Creative thinker with attention to fine craftsmanship and finishing. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines under pressure.

Pay: ₹30,267.22 - ₹75,739.74 per month
