Requirements
Proven work experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
Experience with sourcing techniques, job posting sites, social media
Understanding of referral programs, campus hiring, talent mapping search
Solid verbal and written communication skills in English and Tamil
Sound judgement
UG/PG in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology or relevant field.

Crafting recruiting emails to attract passive candidates

PRE- RECRUITMENT
Understanding manpower requisition, accurately drafting s and getting it approved from the concerned department.
Sourcing candidates that match the desired skill through portals and by cold calling.
Screening the candidate through telephonic and personal interview.
Encouraging the employees to provide internal reference for better prospects.
Communicating the employment status to the candidates.
Maintaining and updating the candidate database.
Doing a background verification for the shortlisted candidate.
Preparing job offers.
Networking with various institutions and social media.
Developing own network of suitable candidates.
Take up management and process roles as and when required
POST RECRUITMENT
Giving offer letter or letter of Intent to the finalized candidate.
Educating the candidate on the companies norms, regulations, policies.
Drafting new HR manuals if necessary.
