We are looking for bright and eager to learn individuals to join our small, fun team as part of the customer service department. You will be working on digital customer service sending emails and replying to questions. This is a challenging and exciting opportunity for anyone looking to work directly alongside the Marketing team. The role will include a full mix of marketing - Including digital - Managing the social media accounts, producing content for the websites, producing copy, helping with the management of the blog, helping to promote the brand and assisting with the marketing campaigns across a selection of platforms.
Graduate with excellent academic achievements, A Marketing or Digital Marketing Degree or similar qualification in Marketing
Excellent communication skills
Attention to detail
Ability to solve problems
Excellent written skills
Experience within marketing, PR, digital, web or communications role is preferred
Strong copy-writing skills
Keen eye for detail and understand the concepts of digital marketing
Ideally managed social media accounts - facebook, instagram, twitter etc
Previously worked within an organisation where you have worked with people at all levels
Familiar with Adobe design packages & SEO trends
· Replying to customer complaints in email, chat & calls
· Liaise with the manager and other agents to pass over cases of importance
· Respond in a timely manner, monitoring our customer service channels to ensure no case goes without a response
· Cold calling
· Lead generation
· Tracking information and online market research
