Qualification: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.



We are looking for a skilled Mendix Developer to join our Nexperia team. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and implement applications using the Mendix low-code platform to solve business challenges efficiently. You will work closely with business analysts, stakeholders, and IT teams to deliver scalable and maintainable applications in line with enterprise standards. Mendix applications, Design UI/UX, agile methodologies, communication skills, JavaScript, HTML/CSS



Key Responsibilities


. Develop and maintain Mendix applications in alignment with business needs.

. Translate business requirements into functional applications using Mendix best practices.

. Design UI/UX within Mendix Studio Pro with user-centric focus.

. Integrate with external systems (e.g., REST/SOAP APIs, databases, third-party services).

. Ensure security, scalability, and performance of the developed apps.

. Participate in agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.

. Collaborate with architects to align to enterprise architecture and IT governance.

. Conduct unit and integration testing; support UAT and deployment activities.

. Provide post-implementation support and documentation.



Requirements:


. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.

. Minimum 3-5 years of Mendix development experience.

. Mendix Rapid Developer certification (Advanced or Expert certification is a plus).

. Solid understanding of low-code/no-code concepts and Mendix domain model.

. Experience in integrating Mendix apps with APIs, SAP, or other enterprise systems.

. Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, etc).

. Good problem-solving and communication skills.

. Understanding SQL Server/Client Scripting

. Understanding and familiarity of Web Application Development

. Able to understand Functional Specification Documentation

. Able to write Technical Specification Documentation



Plus points:


. Experience with Java, JavaScript, HTML/CSS for custom widgets or extensions

. Exposure to cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).

. Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD pipelines in Mendix environment.

. Experience with .Net/C# and VB
