About The Job:

• We are looking for a passionate and skilled Mendix Developer with 4-5 years of overall IT experience and at least 3 years of proven expertise in building Mendix applications.
• The ideal candidate will be Mendix Intermediate Certified and possess strong knowledge of Mendix Native, AI integration, REST/SOAP APIs, Git, cloud deployment, CI/CD, Java actions, and system integrations.
• You will work closely with business stakeholders, solution architects, and other developers to design, develop, and deliver scalable Mendix applications.

Essential Job Functions:

• Develop, configure, and deploy Mendix applications (Web & Native).
• Design and implement Mendix Java actions and write custom logic using Java.
• Work on AI-driven use cases and integrate AI/ML models with Mendix apps.
• Design and implement REST/SOAP web services and integrate with external systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design end-to-end integrations (ERP, SAP, external APIs).
• Utilize Git for version control and manage code repositories effectively.
• Support development of Mendix Native mobile applications.
• Deploy Mendix applications on cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
• Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines for Mendix.
• Integrate Mendix with AI frameworks or Python-based services.
• Troubleshoot issues, optimize performance, and ensure adherence to Mendix best practices.
• Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and contribute to Agile delivery.

Qualifications:

• Mendix Intermediate Certification (Advanced certification is a plus).
• 2-3 years of experience in Mendix application development.

Hands-on experience with:

• Mendix Java Actions and proficiency in Core Java
• Mendix Native development o AI/ML model integration (via APIs, connectors, or Python integration)
• REST/SOAP services (consumption & publishing)
• System integrations (SAP, databases, external services)
• Git/GitHub/GitLab for version control
• Cloud deployment (AWS/Azure) of Mendix applications
• CI/CD pipeline implementation for Mendix apps
• Strong understanding of microflows, nanoflows, domain modeling, and security in Mendix.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.

Preferred (Nice to Have)

• Mendix Advanced Certification or in progress.
• Exposure to enterprise-scale Mendix applications with complex integrations.
