Responsibilities



Overall, the International Sales Manager for the MENA region plays a critical role in driving sales growth, expanding market presence, and building strong client relationships within the pharmaceutical sector. This position requires a combination of sales acumen, technical expertise, and market knowledge to succeed in a competitive and dynamic environment.

Role and Responsibilities



1. Sales Growth



Drive sales growth and revenue generation in the pharmaceutical sector within the MENA Region region.

2. Market Expansion



Expand market presence by identifying and capitalizing on opportunities for business development and market penetration.

3. Client Relationship Management



Cultivate strong relationships with pharmaceutical companies, distributors, and stakeholders to foster trust and loyalty.

4. Technical Support



Provide technical expertise and support to clients, including product demonstrations, training sessions and tailored solution recommendations.

5. Business Development



Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships and collaborations, to further enhance market reach and revenue streams.

6. Market Analysis



Conduct thorough market analysis to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs, providing insights for strategic decision-making.

7. Customer Satisfaction



Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering value-added services.

8. Sales Reporting



Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and analyses to management, highlighting key performance metrics and areas for improvement.

9. Collection



Revenue collection in co-ordination with projects.

Qualifications



MBA or Bachelor's in Engineering (preferably in

Pharma Machinery

or

Clean Room Technology

) Technical background in pharmaceutical or related industrial equipment
