Job Description

Memory Design: Experience: 4+ years Location: Hyderabad Memory Circuit design:

• Design, Optimization and Verification of IP Memory Compiler, memory circuits at block, gate and transistor level
• Design include High-speed, High-density or Low-Power variant
• Actively participate in design methodology, compiler development and QA improvement
• Should be able to carry out SRAM memory compiler characterization
• Simulate and analyze the circuit design using transistor-level simulators
• General analog mixed-signal design concepts Circuit design, Reliability analysis, Statistical analysis of circuits
• Extract the layout and perform post-layout simulations and verification
• Assist test-chip team in silicon verification and provide silicon validation support including silicon test plan

Skill Set Required:

• Solid knowledge on SRAM architecture and design methodology
• Good understanding of device physics, process variation and SRAM bit cell behavior
• Good understanding of memory behavioral and physical models
• Familiar with Performance, Power and Area (PPA) design optimization
• Familiar with test setups, silicon testing, and debug
• Familiarity in running simulators, writing automation scripts.

Job Type: Full-time Salary: \xe2\x82\xb9250,000.00 - \xe2\x82\xb9900,000.00 per year Schedule:

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
