Job Description

Overview:

We're looking for a Meme Campaign Manager who lives and breathes internet culture. This person will be responsible for managing end-to-end meme marketing campaigns -- from understanding brand briefs to onboarding meme pages, creating a roster, and closing campaigns that actually go viral.

Key Responsibilities:

Onboarding & Managing Meme Pages:

Identify, onboard, and build long-term relationships with meme pages across Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, Reddit, etc.

Campaign Execution:

Understand brand briefs and translate them into meme formats that match the tone of the brand and the page. Coordinate posting schedules, approvals, and delivery.

Roster Building:

Curate and maintain a dynamic roster of meme pages across categories (regional, niche, genre-specific, high-reach, etc.).

Brand Outreach & Sales:

Proactively pitch meme marketing as a solution to brands and agencies. Help them see why memes work, and close them with relevant samples and ideas.

Content Understanding:

Have a strong grasp of pop culture, trending memes, internet language, and how to contextualize them for different brand categories.

Reporting & Optimization:

Track performance of meme campaigns and provide actionable insights to improve future results.

Skills Required:

Meme literacy -- updated with latest trends Good communication and copy sense Hustler mindset - doesn't wait, just does Experience in influencer/meme/UGC marketing is a plus Basic understanding of campaign analytics and reach metrics
