The Role

We're looking for a Membership Sales Manager who can grow BFC's founder base.

This isn't your typical sales job. You'll be selling access to India's most prestigious founder-only network.

Your job is to:

Convert high-potential founders into paying BFC members.

Build and run a predictable pipeline (events, referrals, outbound, inbound).

Deliver a consultative sales experience that makes founders want to join, not feel "sold."

Hit monthly membership targets across multiple cities.

Key Responsibilities

Prospecting & Outreach: Build a pipeline of qualified startup founders generating ?5L+/month revenue.

Founder Consults: Run crisp calls/meetings to understand their journey and position BFC as the network they can't ignore.

Closures: Drive end-to-end conversions from interest to paid membership.

Events: Leverage BFC meetups and city launches to bring in new members.

Reporting: Maintain a tight CRM process with weekly funnel reviews.

2-5 years in sales, partnerships, or business development (community/education/SAAS background a plus).

A hustler's mindset -- comfortable with both structured outreach and opportunistic closes.

Strong communication: sharp, concise, confident.

High EQ: can connect with founders and earn trust fast.

Compensation

Fixed salary: Competitive (based on experience)

Performance-based: Aggressive incentive per closure (uncapped)

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
