We are looking for a result-oriented and customer-focused
Membership Sales Consultant
to drive membership sales for our premium fitness studio. This is a
target-driven, front-end sales role
where you will be responsible for converting walk-ins and inquiries into active members while delivering an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Drive sales of fitness memberships and packages and achieve monthly targets
Handle walk-in clients and explain membership plans, offers, and services
Manage inquiries from calls, WhatsApp, website, and walk-ins
Understand customer needs and recommend the right fitness plans
Conduct studio tours and explain facilities and programs
Maintain lead data, follow-up records, and conversion reports
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and professional service
Coordinate with trainers and operations team for smooth onboarding of new members
Handle basic billing, documentation, and membership activation
Support front desk operations when required
Eligibility Criteria
Graduation is mandatory (any stream)
Freshers and experienced candidates both can apply
Excellent English communication skills are mandatory
Good interpersonal, presentation, and convincing skills
Presentable, confident, and sales-driven personality
Comfortable working in a target-based sales environment
Preferred Skills
Experience in fitness, wellness, retail, or hospitality sales is an advantage
Strong negotiation and closing skills
Familiarity with CRM or lead management systems is a plus
Customer-centric approach with a positive attitude
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?35,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
