Job Description

Key Responsibilities

:

Walk-in Engagement

: Handle and convert walk-ins into memberships through effective communication and facility tours.

Outdoor Marketing & Sales

: Promote the club through outdoor marketing activities, such as flyer distribution, inserts, and campaigns.

Event Coordination

: Assist in planning and executing events to drive awareness and member engagement.

Lead Management

: Generate leads through various channels, including outdoor efforts, referrals, and online inquiries.

Follow-ups & Conversions

: Maintain consistent follow-ups with potential clients to ensure conversions and meet sales targets.

Call Management

: Attend all inbound calls promptly and make outbound calls to nurture leads and support marketing campaigns

Weekend Duties

: Manage weekend responsibilities effectively, as weekends are peak times for fitness centers.

Software Management

: Use club management software to track leads, memberships, and member activities.

Target Achievement

: Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales and membership targets.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
