Key Responsibilities
Identify and acquire new
corporate and institutional memberships
for AICRA.
Develop and execute strategies to increase membership base and revenue.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing members, ensuring timely servicing and engagement.
Act as a key point of contact for members, addressing queries and providing value-added support.
Collaborate with events, policy, and research teams to create opportunities for member participation.
Prepare proposals, presentations, and reports to support membership acquisition and retention.
Represent AICRA at events, conferences, and meetings to network and promote memberships.
Track membership performance, renewals, and prepare MIS reports for management review.
Requirements
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
3-6 years of experience in membership development, corporate relations, or business development.
Prior experience with industry bodies (FICCI, ASSOCHAM, PHDCCI, CII, etc.) highly preferred.
Excellent communication, networking, and relationship-management skills.
Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
Goal-oriented mindset with ability to meet targets and deadlines.
