Position Overview:
The Executive - Membership & Guest Relations, under the Secretariat Office, is responsible for managing all aspects of member administration, guest coordination, and member communication. This role acts as a bridge between the members, the Club Secretary's Office, and other departments to ensure smooth operations, adherence to club rules, and the highest standards of service and discretion.
Key Responsibilities:
Member feedback across the club and closure of loop - a monthly report.
Reciprocal club and invite cards to our member - Minutes/Agenda etc.
Visual communication in the club - Poster on board - upkeep 1 notice board.
Calculation of monthly activities (F & B/ Maintenance/Library/Gym)
Sponsorship & Correspondence / conditions
Souvenirs
Template for all posters/backdrops etc., Banner, gala etc.
Updating website & info on that.
Update and maintain member records in the club management system.
Ensure accuracy of personal details, membership status, and contact information.
Communicate event details through emails, notices, and website updates.
Provide timely responses or escalate issues to the CEO & Secretary's Office when required.
Support the Secretariat Office with minutes, agendas, and confidential documentation.
Any other responsibilities assign by the CEO & Secretary.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
