Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Membership Experience and Forum Facilitator. In this role, you will be responsible for creating a positive and engaging experience for our members. You will play a crucial role in building a vibrant and supportive community, ensuring that our members have an exceptional experience and can effectively connect with one another.

Responsibilities: Member Engagement:
  • Proactively engage with members, both online and offline, to understand their needs, concerns, and feedback.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure a positive membership experience.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase member participation, satisfaction, and retention.
  • Monitor and respond to member inquiries, comments, and discussions in a timely and professional manner.
  • Map the members according to the SOP of forums.
  • Maintain a proper report of all working forums, Work-in-progress forums.
  • Keep a track on the onboarding process of any new member joining.
  • Keep a track on existing member\xe2\x80\x99s microsite & other details.
Forum Facilitation: Create and maintain an active and forum environment that encourages open communication, collaboration, and knowledge sharing.
Initiate and moderate discussions, ensuring that conversations stay on topic and adhere to forum rules. Qualifications: Bachelor\'s degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
Proven experience in community management, customer support, or a related role.
Strong facilitation and moderation skills, with the ability to guide discussions and maintain a positive and inclusive atmosphere.
Experience with forum management tools.
Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation is an advantage.
A passion for building communities and delivering exceptional member experiences.
