Promote and explain membership plans, benefits, and services to prospective customers.
Reach out to existing and new leads through calls, messages, and in-person interactions.
Convert inquiries into membership enrollments by providing clear information and addressing doubts.
Achieve monthly membership targets set by the organization.
Customer Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with members to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Follow up with potential customers who showed interest but have not yet enrolled.
Handle member queries, concerns, and feedback politely and efficiently.
Assist members with renewals, upgrades, or additional services.
Maintain accurate records of memberships, payments, renewals, and customer interactions.
Update CRM or internal software with daily lead status and follow-up details.
Ensure all documentation related to membership is completed and stored properly.
Coordination & Communication
Coordinate with the marketing, billing, and service delivery teams for smooth onboarding of members.
Communicate membership status and updates to concerned departments.
Support the team during promotional events, camps, or outreach programs.
Assist in planning and executing membership campaigns or offers.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports on membership conversions and follow-ups.
Ensure exceptional customer service in both online and offline interactions.
