Planning and organizing membership (includes create new members, retaining the existing ones). Duties include preparing documents, assessing partnerships and working on legal aspects within the team. Ensure operational excellence in the delivery. Maintaining and updating of program database on timely basis. Ensuring quality and compliance standards are met and the highest levels of service are offered to both internal and external stakeholders. Revise program goals and objectives to meet the changing needs of program participants.
