Job Description

The role of Membership Sales Consultant involves identifying prospective members\xe2\x80\x99 health and fitness needs and tailoring the best possible membership solution for them. A Membership Consultant will actively seek new business for the club, representing the facility in a positive and professional manner whilst achieving both individual and team goals/targets as set out by management. The successful applicant should possess the following Skills & Attributes: o Excellent Customer Service skills o A friendly, welcoming and enthusiastic disposition o An ambitious and motivated, can-do attitude o Proven track record with exceeding sales targets o An ability to work and collaborate successfully with a team to achieve team/individual KPI\xe2\x80\x99s and goals o Industry knowledge o Be reliable, flexible and have fantastic work ethic o Outstanding communication skills o Have a passion for health and fitness o Enjoy helping people to achieve their goals o Experience in Microsoft Office o Hold or be able to obtain current First Aid & CPR Certification. Prior experience in fitness, sales and/or customer service environment is highly advantageous. We are looking for people to join our team who can work flexible hours, predominantly early mornings, late nights and weekends.
