Position: Membership Consultant

As a Membership Consultant, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients. Your role will be to promote our fitness programs, convert inquiries into memberships, and ensure a seamless onboarding experience for all members.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle walk-ins, inquiries, and leads effectively to achieve monthly membership targets. Build strong relationships with clients to understand their fitness goals and recommend suitable plans. Conduct facility tours and present membership options confidently. Follow up with potential clients via phone, email, or social media. Maintain accurate sales records and daily reports. Collaborate with the fitness and admin teams to ensure high member satisfaction.

Requirements:

Experience:

Minimum 1-2 years of sales experience (preferably in the fitness/gym industry).

Skills:

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Personality:

Energetic, confident, and goal-driven with a passion for fitness.

Education:

Any graduate; background in fitness or wellness is a plus.
