Job Description

The Membership Advisor is responsible for driving the growth of AICRA's Corporate and Institutional Membership programs. This role involves identifying prospects, generating leads, closing membership sales, and ensuring smooth onboarding and ongoing service management for all members. The officer will act as the primary relationship manager, ensuring high member satisfaction and retention by delivering timely support, coordinating member benefits, and facilitating participation in AICRA programs, events, and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:



1. Membership Sales & Acquisition



Identify and target potential Corporate and Institutional members across India. Develop and execute outreach strategies, including calls, emails, visits, and presentations. Pitch membership benefits aligned with the needs of industries, universities, colleges, and training institutes. Achieve monthly and annual membership sales targets. Maintain and update CRM with leads, follow-ups, and conversion data.

2. Member Relationship & Account Management



Act as the single point of contact for all member queries and support. Ensure timely onboarding, documentation, and issuance of membership certificates. Coordinate delivery of membership benefits such as event invites, certifications, training support, STEM projects, research collaborations, and policy updates. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with member organizations.

3. Service Coordination & Support



Support members in participating in AICRA programs including conferences, expos, and workshops. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure members receive scheduled services, reports, newsletters, and branding support. Track member engagement and proactively recommend relevant AICRA programs or initiatives.

4. Reporting & Documentation



Prepare weekly and monthly reports on membership targets, conversions, and renewals. Maintain accurate records of meetings, calls, and service delivery. Provide insights on market trends, competitor memberships, and industry needs.

5. Renewal & Retention



Follow up with existing members for timely renewals. Create retention strategies to enhance member satisfaction and longevity.

Qualifications & Skills



Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related fields. 1-4 years of experience in sales, business development, or membership/association management. Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to build professional relationships with senior stakeholders. Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to meet deadlines and sales targets. Tech-savvy with proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and digital communication.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
