The Digital Marketing team serves as an internal agency partner to build a cohesive digital marketing experience for line of business marketers across the organization. The UI develope should be a highly motivated professional who executes with excellence and communicates effectively with a global team. Position Description: Broadridge is seeking a UI Developer for our rapidly expanding digital marketing operations. He/She will work alongside a team of web developers, marketing and brand teams on several corporate websites. The role will be responsible for publishing webpages with marketing and branding content on our multiple corporate websites and ensure search visibility of the corporate sites. Responsibilities: . Understand the Broadridge.com web templates and configurations to publish webpages with content provided by business marketing and corporate teams . Use the enterprise content management system (CMS) to edit/build engaging and responsive web and campaign landing pages . Build web pages based on mock ups using HTML, CSS and Jquery . Build responsive web pages . Effectively manage a busy pipeline of high-priority content requests . Follow up with developers, quality team and marketing stakeholders for updates . Work with the team of web developers to provide best-in-class user experience for site visitors and adhere to the website\'s underlying logic . Employ industry best practices related to the CMS . Ensure the website functions and consistent across devices . Work with QA to ensure all requirements in the QA checklist are met prior to publishing pages . Evaluating page/site mockups and perform thorough requirement analysis . Effectively communicate with a global Digital Team, Marketing and business partners, including written and conversational communications . Report on project status and escalate critical issues . Propose ideal / alternate solutions to the customer\'s business need, when appropriate, to create user-friendly web experiences . Articulate technical and business concepts with confidence . Work on development projects and special assignments in support of day-to-day digital marketing operations . Participate in weekly conference calls with the global Digital Marketing Team, including daily check-in calls . Monitor, troubleshoot, and respond to client questions / concerns Qualifications . Bachelor\'s degree in technology, advanced degree is a plus . Minimum 1 year working experience in UI or website development and Digital Marketing roles . Good knowledge of designing creative UI/UX modules . Expertise on building web experiences from Figma/Adobe XD mockups . Good understanding of website accessibility and WCAG standards . Knowledge of SEO fundamentals and SEO tools such as MOZ and SEM Rush, etc. is a plus . Good knowledge of CSS, HTML, JQUERY and responsive web design . Experience with large, complex, and multi-phased software implementations, agile methodology a plus . In-depth knowledge of digital trends in websites/apps design and development . Work independently and be self-directed . Ability to monitor content on websites strong attention to detail . Excellent verbal, written communication, interpersonal and presentation skills Approach to Work . Proactive thinker who can explore better ways of doing things to achieve improved outcomes .
