Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and proactive

Member Relations & Business Expansion Manager

to join our team. The role involves existing customer handlng, building strong customer relationships, and promoting our products and services to women customers and women associations.

Key Responsibilities

Visit potential customers for presentations and product demonstration (Customer leads will be provided by the company) Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers Share information with customers about new offers, discounts, and membership benefits through emails, messages, or calls Coordinate with the marketing team for design requirements and promotional campaigns Assist in managing and updating social media platforms and company website Work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience

Skills & Requirements

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong convincing and presentation abilities Good knowledge of email etiquette and customer follow-up practices Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a team player Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and maintain customer satisfaction
