Key Responsibilities
Connect with potential business owners and professionals, introduce them to BisNetX, and
invite them to attend our Wednesday meetings as visitors
.
Educate members
about BisNetX policies, procedures, and meeting etiquette.
Make
reminder calls and messages
to members and visitors before each meeting.
Assist in
managing office tasks
, documentation, and coordination of meeting logistics.
Maintain and update member and visitor data in the CRM system.
Support the leadership team in planning and executing BisNetX events and sessions.
Skills & Qualities We're Looking For
Excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam.
Friendly, confident, and professional attitude.
Good organizational and follow-up skills.
Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp, and CRM tools).
Prior experience in customer coordination, marketing support, or office administration is a plus.
