Role Overview
As a Member of Technical Staff, you will architect and develop scalable, high-performance systems that handle substantial data throughput. This role demands expertise in cloud platforms, data engineering, and automation, with a strong focus on designing robust architectures and pipelines for large-scale data processing.
Key Responsibilities

  • Architecture & Design: Define and implement system architecture for distributed, data-intensive applications ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.
  • Data Engineering: Build and optimize pipelines using Databricks and PySpark for large datasets and high-volume data processing.
  • Cloud Solutions: Architect and manage AWS-based solutions for compute, storage, and analytics.
  • Automation & CI/CD: Develop and maintain automated workflows using YAML for deployment and testing.
  • Machine Learning Integration: Design and deploy ML models into production pipelines for real-time and batch processing.
  • Performance Optimization: Ensure systems can handle substantial data throughput with minimal latency.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Technical Expertise:
  • AWS cloud services
  • Databricks with PySpark for large-scale data pipelines
  • Experience with data lakehouse architectures for unified analytics and storage
  • YAML for automation
  • Data & ML: Strong experience with big data processing and machine learning workflows.
  • Experience: Minimum 6+ years in software development or data engineering roles.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving, communication, and proven ability to guide and support team members through technical challenges.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
  • AWS Certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, AWS Certified Data Analytics).
  • .NET for enterprise application development.
  • GitHub Actions for advanced CI/CD automation.
  • Experience designing and managing large-scale relational and NoSQL databases, ensuring high availability and optimized performance for enterprise-grade workloads.
