Melting Supervisor Job Responsibilities:

Handling shift operations in Melting area. ( Team size - 20 ). Successful SOP of Melting equipment's and scaling up operations. Handling crane assisted molten metal transfer. Achieve shift area target wrt Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, Suggestions. Supporting training of new trainee supervisors. Ensure timely process parameters check and corrections. Maintain Floor Control, 1S /2S in area. Note and resolve operator concerns on time.

Diploma/Graduation
