Responsibilities:

Production Execution Liquid Metal Quality Control Slag Management Furnace Operation and Maintenance Resource Management Documentation and Reporting Problem-Solving and Troubleshooting Continuous Improvement and Innovation Customer Focus: Meet Specifications Supervision and Team Management Safety and Compliance

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering - Mechanical, Metallurgy, or related field Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Melting Processes in the foundry industry Good knowledge of foundry processes and operations Proven track record of conducting root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions to improve casting quality Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel for capturing and reporting, and data analysis Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a detail-oriented and data-driven approach to Managing Melting Operations & addressing Quality Issues Result oriented, motivated and self-starter
